These youth have been recognized among 30 young people under 30, their ages ranging from 22 to 29 years, young entrepreneurs featured in Real Estate.
Forbes Magazine recognized five South Florida real estate professionals in their first annual “30 under 30: Real Estate” Five real estate professionals with South Florida ties have been named among Forbes Magazine’s top 30 young people in the industry.
Danny Hertzberg, a 29-year-old Miami Beach-based real estate agent specializing in luxury homes and condos, sold $30 million in homes this year to land a spot on the list.Hertzberg, whose mother also sells luxury homes as part of The Jills real estate team, got an early start in the family business, and has been selling homes since he was a University of Miami student.
“When I was a little kid, I’d be on the way to school with my mom, and we’d stop by at a showing or an open house,” he said. “I grew up in real estate.
”Dina Goldentayer, another Miami Beach luxury real estate agent on Forbes’ list, got an early start in the real estate business as well.
